Clowns from around the world are coming to Svendborg ,

England, USA, Germany, Spain, India, Chile, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Holland, Mexico, New Zealand and of course Denmark

Young (beginner) clowns from Commedia School and Old timers like Zilly and Dizzy Des (83/82 years old)

Hospital clowns throughout Scandinavia have been invited to attend the workshops.

The festival is in Svendborg on the island of Fyn.

The festival is very relaxed (BBC did a survey of 178 countries and DK is
the happiest, closely followed by Norway and Sweden, USA 23rd and UK was 40
something!)

It is all based around a large community hall.  Workshops are held there,
shows for the public, the dinner, socialising, green room, cafe run by volunteers and dorm upstairs for the Comedia school attendees.. 
There are visits to hospitals, old folks homes, homes for special needs adults etc.
There is a parade, a Gala show and usually some sort of a social outing.
However things vary from year to year depending on funding and availability.
Accomodation for overseas clowns is either in B&B's  around the town or the Youth hostel, so take some comfy walking shoes!
